From question to clear next step

Legal help.
Considered from the start.

A digital-first process makes the admin easier. Legal judgment stays with your advocate.

Every matter is unique. Proposed 30-minute lawyer consultation: €150 + VAT.

Hands type on a laptop in soft daylight.
01 / A focused start

Brief first. Clarity follows.

Choose your service and review its exact scope, documents and work estimate. The responsible advocate checks identity, suitability and conflicts before accepting any professional engagement.

02 / Your decision

Approve the scope and fee.

Your platform order identifies Impactify LTD, the included coordination and provider work, VAT and excluded costs. A named advocate separately accepts any regulated assignment before legal work begins.

03 / The work

Efficient preparation. Careful review.

Organised workflows and approved technology can reduce repetitive admin. A qualified advocate checks the documents, the legal position and the advice.

04 / Your next step

Understand what happens next.

Receive the agreed deliverables, a clear explanation and any next-stage options. New work is quoted at a fixed price for your approval. No hourly escalation.

Digital-first doesn’t always mean attendance-free.

Some signatures, verification, biometrics, hearings or government appointments need physical attendance. Your service scope and engagement will explain these steps. Court dates, authority decisions and counterparty responses are separate from the proposed included-work timeframe.

Before you begin

The practical details.

Why are the proposed fees positioned as premium?

Our proposed fees reflect a mid-premium approach to Cyprus legal services: careful professional work, a defined deliverable and clear communication. The commitment is approachable and visible before engagement. An hourly bill can grow as work accumulates; here, additional work needs a separately agreed fixed scope and fee. Compare the actual deliverables and total applicable costs, rather than an opening hourly rate alone.

Are your fees really fixed?

Yes. Each fee covers a defined scope. Your written quote sets out the work, delivery estimate, applicable VAT and known third-party costs. Additional work requires a new fixed quote and your approval before it begins. There is no hourly billing.

Can everything be done online?

Intake, document review, meetings and progress updates are designed to happen remotely. Some signatures, identity checks, court appearances or government appointments may need your physical attendance. The service scope tells you when.

How do you use AI?

AI can help organise documents, identify issues and prepare first drafts. A qualified advocate must review the legal work and remains responsible for the advice. Confidential material is only handled through approved systems under the agreed privacy terms.

Can you guarantee the outcome of my case?

No lawyer can guarantee a court or authority decision. The approach is to assess evidence and risks early, recommend practical options and quote each stage clearly. Your lawyer explains when a case may not justify the cost.

Do you cover all of Cyprus?

The proposed service covers the Republic of Cyprus: Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and the government-controlled areas of Famagusta. Matters involving the north or another jurisdiction need a separate suitability review.

Your matter. A personal approach.
